Personalised psychological therapy
Prioritising your health through Personalised Psychological Therapy
Understandably, we all find it challenging and overwhelming at times to cope with the relentless demands of life and difficult life events. Our aim is to provide you with care and support at a time you need it the most.
Your emotional health and well-being are the priority and a therapy will be utilised that is specifically tailored to your needs. Time will be taken to listen carefully to the difficulties you are currently experiencing and to think together about what your goals for therapy may be and whether psychological therapy is right for you at this time.
Thinking about therapy can be daunting and it is important that you feel comfortable and safe and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
What to expect
A clear, supportive process from the start
Initial assessment
Time will be taken to make sense of what you are experiencing, to understand what your needs are and what you wish to focus on or change, and to recommend what is likely to be beneficial for you.
Collaborative plan
The focus of therapy and the approach that will help you most will be agreed together.
Ongoing review
Progress will be regularly reflected upon and reviewed so that therapy stays focused and aligned with your needs.
